    Free from Pain and Medication now!

    What can I say? Dr. Rob and Dr. Samir at Barrie Core Wellness have literally saved me from a life of constant pain and harmful medication ! So thankful for their services

    Management is disrespecful to front line staff

    I watched management yell at staff in front of me and other customers. It was so disrespectful and inappropriate. I would rather bring my business to another clinic that has respect for their front line staff.

    A state of the art ONE STOP SHOP under one roof !

    What can i say... I have been a faithful customer of Barrie Core Wellness for over 4 years now. It has everything i need under one roof and the hours of operations meet my crazy schedule! Chiro, Physio, Massage therapy, a Gym, and even an onsite XRay room! I like the fact too, that my entire family is always welcome! Not only do my husband and I receive Chiropractic care, but my 2 and 6 year old do too. Dr. Rob Statton provides exceptional quality Chiropractic care and provides excellent health tips for the entire family. I have utilized all the offerings at Barrie Core Wellness except for the Group fitness classes!! Can't wait to try the Yoga/Pilates class while my kids enjoy the Daycare facility provided. See you there! The Cooper Family :)

    disorganized, unprofessional

    terrible service promised orthotics in about 2 weeks. I started calling them after 4 weeks and was treated rudely. After 6 weeks I called again, and was again told they would call me when they came in. They didn't call. When I called again to cancel my orthotics explaining that i had to go somewhere else cuz it was taking too long, then they finally took a good look and found they had been there for 4 weeks. No apology. Orthotics were to come with free shoes. No free shoes came. When i asked about them i was again treated rudely, no apology, was told twice they would call me back and never did....and never got the shoes.

    We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. Our turn around time for Orthotics is 2-4 weeks. I'm sorry that it took longer and that the matter was not responded to appropriately or in a timely manner. I would be happy to provide the shoes immediately.
