Following a windstorm we had to make use of their warranty service when some flashing blew off. They were excellent, fixing it within hours, without any hassle!
Sentry Exteriors did a great job! Curtis came out to our house several times as we kept changing our mind on colours, and the type of siding. His professionalism and experience helped us make the right decision. Installers were amazing and very particular. Highly recommend Sentry Exteriors!
They cleaned our eavestrough twice, professionally and at a reasonable price. The following two times we attempted to schedule a cleaning, we were told they'd get back to us; they didn't. Eventually we were told we could wait (indefinitely) or look elsewhere.
When you can quickly email a "thanks but no thanks" for your business, there's no excuse for this kind of avoidance. If this company is not longer interested in cleanings, they should remove it from their advertising.

I am sorry we were not able to get out to clean your eavestroughs. Unfortunately, due to demand, we are not able to do residential eavestrough cleaning outside of Barrie anymore. It is no longer listed on our services on the yp page. Because you were a repeat customer I was going to try and complete the job for you if we had another job in Angus. At the price we charged you we wouldn't be able to make any money sending a crew to your place alone. I am sorry for this inconvenience. I will be sure to be more clear to customers requiring this service that are out of our area moving forward.

Excellent service. Eavestroughs look and work great.
Dealing with Sentry Exteriors was a great experience. We moved in to our house in November and right away noticed we were having eavestrough issues. Our neighbour told us there was normally a lot of ice build up on our house in previous years. The guys at Sentry came out to our house, gave us a detailed quote, and then replaced our eavestrough in a timely manner. No leaks and no ice problems this year, and there has been a tonne of snow! We strongly recommend you call Sentry Exteriors if you need your eavestroughs fixed or replaced.
Called this company three times in order to have someone come to my house for a quote. Every time I was given a date when they would call and come out and no one ever shows up. I would stay away from this company.
