Drivers are great. Office unprofessional and unorganized. Pick up wasn’t booked after we called. When thy did book it they changed time without telling us. Pick up st airport was 2am. No one was there called 10 times no answer... van showed up at 3:50. Use this service 8-12 times a year for last 5 years. Service has gone down hill

I use this server to and from Alliston and Toronto Airport 5-6 times a year. I think it is great. Leaves the airport hourly, and usually withing 10-15 minutes of the schedule. And i have been very lucky in being one of the first dropped off in Alliston. And one of the last picked up on the way to the airport. Drivers are great. They all seem to know the directions to everywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had a Van scheduled to pick someone up from the airport. The party had missed there flight , I immediately called to cancel the service. I understand the logistics involved , but it was a situation that happens. The operator I spoke with was inconsiderate and rude. She could of at least asked if everyone was alright and showed a little compassion , instead she went on about the rental (being a van, there would be a charge next time). This was the first and last time i use this service
