I went on Sunday to see if I could pick up an item that I had seen in the store about a month ago. Imagine my surprise to find the store closed up tight, and no posted hours on the door or window. I see on this site that the store is open on Sundays. I was there around 12:30......if not open, please have your hours listed on the door, so anger doesnt set in when you check on line.
We are very sorry you came out only to find the store closed. Our website clearly shows that we are closed on Sundays. The hours are correctly listed on our Facebook page and Google, but I see here that YellowPages have the wrong information - we will try and get them to fix that as soon as possible. At the store we have one of those electronic open signs with our hours lit-up 24 hours a day right beside the front door. We will check there is nothing blocking the view of the sign. Thanks!

Horrible experience. I've been going there for 10 years and everything was fine until this year my child's balloons were deflating. I had proof of purchase and proof of defected balloon yet there was no sympathy for some kind of fix towards my situation. My child was so sad that his balloon was not flying. To me the most important thing is costumer service. They were rude and dishonest. I will never go there again. It's a shame that for ten dollars they will lose many clients.
Hello Mary72. I would like to clarify that we definitely did not refuse to replace your balloon - we just required that any defective item be returned to us for replacement. Balloons sometimes deflate, and a simple re-inflation may have been all that it needed - if not we would have gladly replaced it.
I do not think it is unreasonable for a store to require you to return a defective product to get a replacement.
