never had a better fish and chips, went back again and was blown away again by the chiken parm, i cant wait to try again, whenever i stop in belleville i always go there and see the same friendly staff, family orientated restaurant
Generic food, usual beer, typical atmosphere. This place is average in every way, nothing here will amaze you other than your bill. I've ate here twice now and found this easily forgettable restaurant no more than an convenient location close to the hotels on N. Front street when traveling.
My wife and I went for lunch on Oct. 6/10. We had a booth at the front and found the place very clean and nicely appointed. The service was fast and friendly. The food was very enjoyable and we will go again.

Red Rock Canyon is not as good as it used to be. We visited Friday night for the first time in a few years. Decor is the same. Service was very good. Servings are small for the price charged. Wings used to be the large meaty ones but now they're the average ones you get most places. Food tasted fine but I think was overpriced.

food=good, service=awesome! I love eating at Red Rock and eat there whenever I am back in town visitn my parents...my parents eat there almost every week! the prices are great and the servers rock! plus they have orange pop! I love orange pop!!!
My family enjoys going to red rock often and we always enjoy a great meal. The servers are always friendly and the food is always spectacular. This is by far the best restaurant in Belleville. Highly recommended. Try the deep fried cheese cake! It's amazing!
good food, very friendly staff. curious decor, and food service a little slow. the friendliness of the staff outweighs the slowness of the service. here for business for 2 months, and eat here at least 5 times a week, lunch and dinner. i highly recommend it, especially after having sampled MANY of the other local establishments. in other words, if you're in belleville, eat here.

The food was great, the service was even better. Extremely beautiful waitresses, very nice people too. Parents know the owners, nice people as well. Definately go back, next time I go to Belleville.

The food arrived in good time but the fettuccine sauce was tasteless. The beef was substituted with chicken in the stir fry but the waitress had rushed off without explanation. After tracking her down, her comment was, and I quote, "We ran out of beef and I made an executive decision and gave you chicken.Its very good and I think you will like it".GIVE ME A BREAK. I sent it back and had the roast beef. Not great. There is obviously a management problem here.

After waiting almost an hour and getting the wrong food we left for a better establishment. I have no idea how this resturant is able to operate with the poor service we recieved.
I visited Red Rock early summer and was served moldy bread, I was understanding, things happen. I visited again months later and we waited over 2 hours!!! I was sure I would never return, last week the people we were with wanted to eat there so I went along, it was a busy saturday and I was sure I would be disappointed but I wasn't, the service and food were awesome and I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. Way to Redeem yourself Red Rock!!!

We arrived at about 7 P.M. and had to wait only a few minutes for a table. Once we placed out orders, the food came within 10 minutes, very fast. The prime rib, done to medium rare, was excellent. The plates on which the food was served should have been heated to help keep the food warm longer. It takes a while to eat 10 ounces of prime rib.
The food was terrible and the server was pathetic, she got my order wrong twice. It wasn't very busy, but it took an hour to get our food. We ended up late for work and we let everyone know why. The worst lunch experience we have ever had.

We were entertaining friends from St. Catherines and we were embarrassed by our choice of restaurant. The time that we spent waiting for our food was upsetting for all of us, over an hour for appetizers. I normally would have said something, but I didn't want to make a bad situation worse. The unpleasant attitude of our waitress conveyed that my opinion did not matter and my concerns would be falling on deaf ears. The steak that I had ordered was brought to the table luke warm and a quarter of it consisted of fat. The rest of the night consisted of jokes about my choice of restaurant. At least the drinks from the bar were palatable at least the waitress new how to open a beer, Thank GOD!
