Perfect Ten Nail Spa

WORST PLACE EVER I went to get my nails done. Got an acrylic set with just basic French tip for my birthday. When I went to pay, my money in my bank wouldn’t transfer to my cheqing and the staff looked at me like I was going to walk out … they told me I can leave my phone there until I came back and paid and I told them I had cash at home. So I ended up leaving my wallet there and went back and paid with no tip given because of the rude looks I got from the staff. on top of this , my nail broke

They are rude. Today I went in to get my eyebrows done and two of them were sitting on chairs in the back. I asked to get my eyebrows and and upper lip waxed and they spoke to each other for about 15 secondes but no one stood up serve me. Listen I may not understand the language you are speaking but I sure understood your body language. I responded by saying « if you don’t want to do it, I will go somewhere else » and left. If you don’t want customers I will be more than happy to bring my money

Great job. My pedicure always lasts. I tried a new nail salon that was closer to my house but their work was not as good. I went back to Perfect Ten. They are awesome!

If you're looking for inexpensive, good work, and quick service - this is the place! Would go somewhere else for a more relaxing, spa-like experience. They do still use hot stones and warm towels with a brief massage..which is nice for the price!

I had received a certificate from someone for a mani/pedi and because it was a special when they bought it and not when I used it I had to pay the difference plus tax. I didnt even think that was legal

Love this place! Employees are very friendly and they do a great job at everything

- 10 Nail salon in Binbrook. Did my refill or fill on Monday at Perfect 10 Nail more like -10 Nails.I came home and check my nail, went next day to let owner Hanna know (she did my nails), there is four nail that has to be redone, (I wish I could attached picture so to show the my nails.) She told me that I have to pay extra to redo my nail, I do not understand why should I pay extra it is her work and her materiel. There is so many other nail salon in the area. I would NOT recommend...
