BLS International Canada Services Inc. is a trustworthy partner of the High Commission of India in Ottawa and the Consulate General(s) of India in Toronto and Vancouver (Canada) for managing the administrative and non-judgmental tasks of processing visa, passport, PIO, OCI and consular applications.
I tried to book appointment for Indian visa.When submitted the form it says that I already made an appointment a week ago which I did not.Then I had an option to cancel and re book.Again I tried that but they are asking the booking reference no which I dont have.Please let me know what can I do now.They accepted my wife's appointment and send it to my email.
Highly disappointed.
Not sure how they are still contracted/ outsourced by MEA India despite such incompetency and no working service center contact number.
Unprofessional staff not all but some of them . Not helpful at all . Worst attitude from the staff . Terrible experience. I would give zero if possible.
I went to BLS International , Brampton, today in the morning. I had a very good experience with one of the agents Renu. She was very pleasant and helped me in every aspect. Kudos to you for bringing good name to the company.

I recently visited BLS for OCI process and I am impressed with the service provided by a girl name manpreet she was very polite and explained all process and was very helpful. I have to say after long time I felt finally the services at BLS has improved. keep up the good work !!
I was worried to go to BLS india Brampton center after reading so many negative reviews, however I must say that I had a good experience. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The services are also good, I got a mail each time my visa file progressed. They were pretty fast, the only time which it got delayed was when it was at consulate. There is a huge number of people waiting so obviously plan in advance and take all your required documents. Try to reach in advance.
