    I came to this cl...

    I came to this clinic due to my 9 month old having a cold and slight fever. Upon presenting my daughter's health card I advised the receptionist that my daughters version code had changed and I was waiting for the new health card in the mail as per Service Ontario, whom by the way had provided me with the new version code number via telephone.
