    My prenatal and postnatal massage experiences here were wonderful! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Recently had a manicure and it was great - really had the relaxing feeling of the spa :)

    ALWAYS Incredible

    Whenever I'm overdue for a massage, or I feel like pampering myself by getting my legs waxed/nails done, I ALWAYS come here. The service is remarkable, and the prices are very fair compared to others. I love how relaxed the atmosphere is... feels like home, not an uptight place, which makes the experience that much more enjoyable!

    Avoid. Bad customer service.

    First I tried to make an appointment by dropping by. The door was locked during the mid-day with no information posted. Well, since I am a persistent type, I tried to call but there was no answer. As a last resort, I made an appointment online and received a confirmation that someone from the office staff will contact me. A week later I called back uncertain if my appointment is still the following day. Unapologetic staff told me "we probably didn't get your reservation and tomorrow is booked anyway". I cannot justify spending my hard earned dollars at this establishment. Sorry. You can invest in million dollar marketing campaigns and websites, but if the customer comes last, the entire business is not going to last too long. Hope the owner realizes that fact.

    In response to the review: I am so very sorry you had that experience with our clinic. You are right. You should have been contacted immediately when you submitted your web request and once contacted should have been given other appointment options. I am not sure why the door was locked mid day as we are open 9-8 Mon-Thurs, 9-5 Fridays and 9-4 on Saturdays. We have had recent a turn over in administrative staff and many other positive changes to GWC. We do feel that the client ALWAYS comes first.
