I would like to thank all the guys at Pioneer transmission. They have serviced my 2007 Dodge charger RT many times. I currently have over 400,000 km on it and it runs and looks like brand-new. I have owned many vehicles and I have dealt with many different garages. Sil at Pioneer transmissions always takes the time to discuss what's going on with my vehicle. They have never done any work that was not necessary or authorized ahead of time. Just recently I had been to three different garages to fix a vibration I was having in my car, The reason is I currently live in Mississauga and driving to Brantford takes a little bit extra time . The three other garages wanted to fool with the engine and discover what the problem was. As it turns out SIL said it was a torque converter shutter. He put a treatment in the transmission,A six dollar solution and the car has never ran better. These guys truly know their business and care about their customers. Sincerely Doug Cross

I will never go back to them ever again. They were very rude and treated me with nothing but disrespect. I was even told that if I dont leave he will remove me. I take that as a threat. I told him what the problem with my car was and he replied '' I dont have a crystal ball so how am i suppost to know'' but all asked was a suggestion and I couldent even get that. Bottom line is I was treated with disrespect and when he said that he would remove me I take that as a threat.They were unprofessional
