This was my first time at Salon Mirage, I called ahead of time after I attempted an ombre with box dye at home, when I arrived my hair was medium brown at the top and ashy blonde at the bottom. I made it clear I wanted my hair all ashy blonde and not bleach blonde or orange at all. 200$ later (to my surprise) I had yellow hair. Manager wasn't willing to do anything except give me a free shampoo, despite going back in two times.
