    First time happy

    I went to this store to look at mountain bikes for the first time. I found them to be very friendly and knowledgeable answered all my questions. The bike I purchased was not on the floor the owner came in early the next morning to assemble it, and called to let me know it was ready hours before the our pre arranged pickup time. For a first time bike buyer this store had a friendly atmosphere and made me comfortable with my purchase.

    Epic fail

    Six visits for the same issue, charged for some parts twice and issue not fixed. This shop can't service what they sell.
