Excellent Spa,

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Victoria, Kayla and Carole are wonderful people and very good at what they do. I get many services at this spa. Kayla is great with my hair, she is a dedicated and talented stylist. She also isn't afraid to let me know when I need to freshen up my look. Carole and Victoria are expert estheticians and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Eminence facials are top notch. They are very attentive and always remember what products I like. I was shocked to see any negative comments about Heavenly Touch Spa. I felt that as a very happy and loyal customer, I had to post on here about how great all of my experiences have been at this spa. A great group of gals work there and I urge you to try it out.

Thank god for Kayla

Kayla is a wonderful stylist. The owner, Victoria, has the worst customer service skills I have experienced in a long time - and I'm not the only person who has said this. I personally could name several unpleasant experiences, so I'm not writing this review based on one bad day. She needs to stick to the business end of things. The spa and hair salon is a nice little place with great staff - just avoid the owner. She is lucky to have wonderful staff working for her. The spa services are good in a very cute place right downtown with recent updates. Try the spa pedicures, they are wonderful!

Thank you for acknowledging my wonderful staff. They are a great group of people. I am sorry you feel that I, on the other hand, have bad customer service skills. As a business owner, I sometimes have to deal with some unpleasant issues that arise. I have been in business for a successful 18 years. I run my business supporting my staff, as they support me and have been here for many, many years.

Disappointing.

I bought a gift certificate for someone I love to enjoy her first spa experience. She was thrilled to try it out. Unfortunately, it was not enjoyable for her. The issues were 1) hair colour that didn't turn out after $100. 2) place under renovations and messy. 3) not good public relations. They said that her colour was nice when it wasn't even noticeable. I do not recommend this spa. It was an overall disappointing experience for me and my friend. I recommend going somewhere else.

We have been in business for over 18 years. We have a large following of extremely happy guests. Hopefully, potential customers will realize that this is a rare occurrence, we welcome you to come in see how wonderful we really are. I am happy to be able to respond to this in a public forum. A lot of facts are missing. #1 The guest who was unhappy with her hair stated she wanted something very, very subtle. We happily accommodated her wish, she came in two weeks after the fact saying she didn't like it anymore. We immediately tried to rectify the situation at no charge. She declined. #2 Yes, we were under renovations on the main floor, but absolutely not upstairs where it was a clean and calm environment. #3 We're sorry you feel this way, after several heartfelt emails, we could not come to an understanding. We pride ourselves on our customer service.
