I’m leaving this place because of groomer,very rude and horrible job,my dog is scared,she covered cage with blanket when she put him there,was wittnesed by my daughter.

Agree with the comment below, groomer can be very rude especially if you ask for her to do something different from what she would like. Sneered at me then laughed in my face.

This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. She also does a wonderful job at grooming and we love her!

Groomer is rude a...

Groomer is rude and just laughs in your face. I've owned dogs for a long time and pride myself on being a good owner. If you want to give advice you can do it without being rude. That's my advice to you.
