Not Happy

Was not very pleased at all..first time visit to this establishment..must say it was clean and the staff was very friendly. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar and ordered 2 small pizzas and a calamarri for take out and ordered 1 mixed drink and 1 beer for the wait. Food came - bill was $59, we left and were home within 20 mins. Pizza was very doughy and undercooked, the calamarri was stringy and the coating was not cooked at all. Very disappointed at the price we paid for the food we got. Will never ever go back.

Yah, they like to ignore people here...

Like the other review about being overlooked, this restaurant's staff doesn't do a good job in realizing that people are there... came by one one to order take-out, stood at the front for about 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me although staff did see me. Left to go to the BP in North Burlington.

One of the best Boston Pizza restaurants!

Me and a friend were going to see The Lion King in 3D and we had to get some lunch here before heading to the theatre. In fact, we were the only ones in the restaurant. I thought the food was delicious and the waitress was very nice. I will be coming here again!

I didn't exist there.

My boyfriend was having an almost guy's night out but he decided to invite me along anyways. All the guys were there before me and I arrived maybe about 15 mins in. I sat down and the waitress saw me but didn't acknoledge that maybe I would have liked a menu or a glass of water. Everyone else had drinks and ordered and they had also informed her that I would be coming a bit late, but I still received such cold treatment. After 5 mins, another waitress happened to ask me what I wanted to drink, but still no menu was given to me. The guys decided to get a menu for me which was in the waitress station, (when no one was looking). I pretty much had to wave down the other waitress that I wanted to make an order. I have no complaints about the food, just the service. Of course, Boston Pizza is not one of my favourite restaurants but my boyfriend likes to go so I usually just tag along. The menu is boring and the prices are a bit too high for the portions you get but overall the taste of the food was great. The main waitress never asked any of us for refills or asked us if we needed anything (like condiments) so we had to find it ourselves. At the end of our meals, the same waitress had told us that the computer somehow erased all the orders (which is understandable) so she had to manually write down all our orders over on to paper. As she did this, she went through all the guys and totally skipped me even though I was in between two of the guys. By the end, it seemed like I had to remind her that I had ordered something! She brought everyone's bills pretty fast, like she wanted us to leave and served the guys except me, right away! I was even the first one to pull out my debit card!!! By the end, she had brought everyone's cards/change, etc, except me and I had to wait atleast another 10 mins until I couldn't wait any longer and went up to the main desk near the doors. Right away she saw me and finally rung my card through to pay. I usually tip but this night I felt like I didn't exist, and I didn't think she deserved any tip, let alone a job as a waitress. It was the WORST experience I have had at any restaurant.

Decent pizza, monster draft beer

The pizza is ok here, nothing more, nothing less. The 32 ounce draft beers are pretty impressive though.

My friends and I are regulars at this location...

My friends and I are regulars at this location because we work in the same plaza. We go for the fishbowl drinks, and usually share an appetizer. The staff take care of us adequately. They're also quite patient with us because we usually run up a high bar bill until the late hours. The more experienced servers however take really good care of you, and don't hesitate to please. I've never had one complaint about the food, either.

Doubt I'd go back

Tuesday night. Bar area was busy and there was only one server/bartender on. Clearly should have had more staff. I have had pizza bread in the past and really enjoyed it. This was too oily and cold. Sauce was runny and not flavourful. Soup was luke warm. I think the order had been sitting for quite awhile before the waitress brought it out. Waitress wasn't there for anything but the basics. Would have ordered another drink if she was around. She asked how the meal was and I told it it was "just ok & not nearly as good as I expected". She made no effort to apologize or do anything to make the experience better. Should have ordered the pizza since you can't go wrong with cold pizza...

HAD RESERVATION, IT WAS CROWDED, SERVICE WAS...

HAD RESERVATION, IT WAS CROWDED, SERVICE WAS SLOW. HAD TO WAVE DOWN SERVER MANY TIMES FOR REFILLS, NAPKINS, KETHUP. CHILDS GRILLED CHEESE WAS BURNT BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ANY CHEESE IN IT. WOULDN'T TAKE OFF BILL. FRIES COLD,, PIZZA WAS TERRIBLE AND I WAS ALSO NOT IMPRESSED THAT BECAUSE IT WAS VALENTINES THAT I HAD TO ORDER A HEART PIZZA. I WANTED A PIZZA TO FEED MY FAMILY NOT JUST 2 PEOPLE. TOTALLY OVERPRICED COST $ 153.00 could have went somewhere else for the same money and enjoyed the meal..

came in with some friends, sat in the lounge. bartender served us and even though it wasn't that busy (for a friday night) seemed pretty happy. she made lots of jokes. the food was great, i love the perogi pizza and the ravioli bites. fishbowls are a great idea. we will definetly be back.

We will never return to this place again. My huband and I and some friends stopped here after hockey on a week night and sat in the bar area. Our waitress disappeared for an hour and we were in a hurry since on of our friends had a baby along. We spoke to another waitress and told her the situation but she bluntly told us it's up to our waitress to take our order, not hers! THe manager was sitting in the bar area laughing, giggling with what lookied like some friends. AN unhappy bartender came over to our table sighing after we complained no one was helping us. She was absolutely rude. IT was like pulling teeth to get her to bring us some menus. Anyways, I could go on and on and you probably had to be there...in an age where customer service is everything...it's shocking that these people have jobs in the service industry...not going back!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and to my dismay, the chicken breast was cut up to make it spread across sandwich and was very small. It was literally covering 1/2 the sandwich. Our server, who was the bartender, was consistent, but could have been more awareof her surroundings. (drinks empty and empty dishes left on table for too long).

Just thought I'd point out that the review below this one was by someone who didn't even eat there and the 1/1/1 rating is ridiculous. Additionally, the reviewer needs a little math help if they think a $30 meal for two people is $25 - $49 per person... 30 / 2 = 15. Anywya, I've eaten there a few times, no complaints, the bbq chicken pizza is fantastic.
