SIX stars, if I could. My 2007 Lexus RX350 had a gas line leak. After much searching, we discovered that the required part was not available in North America and would have to be imported from Japan. It would take at least 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I did not know that a Lexus was such a rare car. The manager and his mechanic actually made a part that was better than the original. EXCELLENT work. Thanks guys. Will I have my car repaired there again? ABSOLUTELY.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This store takes care of you. One of my bolts on my back license plate would not come off, as I needed to replace it with a new one. I also had my three girls (under 10) with me which made it challenging. Both Salim and Monir …. were absolutely amazing!!!!! They asked me to roll my car in fixed the bolt and took care of everything. I will ONLY shop at this store from now on. I can’t express my gratitude enough.

On the whole this is a pretty good store. BUT -recently, I bought a lakeside canopy for my garden. By the time we unwrapped it we had over a fully stuffed green garbage bag of plastic wrap. I was embarrassed and ashamed to add it to our landfill plastic problem. Please those that are in charge do something about the amount of plastic used in wrapping products. Show the world you are a leader!

Just a total nightmare dealing with the auto service department, three hours of waiting (with an appointment) finally left but had to argue with them to give me my car back

I just bought a bicycle from Canadian Tire and found the tire was flat and I couldnt put air in it because it was defective. The rims and tires are not under warranty but the manager, Stephanie, was able to get my tire fixed within 1/2 hour and put it top priority for me. I was very impressed with her and Canadian Tire. I wasnt charged for it and was extremely happy about that. Thank you Stephanie and Canadian Tire

    Return review

Went to exchange an item last night and the attitude from the customer service associate was appauling. So I had no receipt or my credit card, the item is defective and I had only purchased it within 2 weeks. No need to be rude or make someone feel bad for even entering the store with that negativity like I did your wrong. I don't need you to hold my hand but no need to be rude.

    Took my truck the...

Took my truck there cause of ignition problem. ..the tech pulled a wire out of the tranny by accident. I had to argue for hours with the manager who said it was a coincidence and had to go to tranny shop to annilize the 20 error codes. they did finally check and saw a wire had been pulled near the area of work. Just frustrating when you have to fight for the obvious...it wasnt broke before you touched it so theres a good chance something wasnt done right.

Thank you to Denis and amazing Auto Centre team

I recently had a scary experience with my car on the 403 in Burlington. My car was stopped dead in the HOV lane. The first call I made was to my mechanic, Denis at the Guelph Line Canadian tire. He arranged for a tow truck for us. He and the garage manager were very empathetic and were concerned about me as I was clearly distressed. They took the time to make sure I was okay. He was unable to work on the car that day because it had overheated. The next day was the Friday before the long weekend. My mechanic went in on his day off to fix my car so that I would have the car to take my daughter to her college dorm that weekend. I have been taking my car to this garage for nearly 3yrs now. Every time, they go above and beyond my expectations. They take the time to explain everything, they give me options, and they treat me like family. These days it is a rare thing to find a business who truly cares about its customers. I feel very confident taking my car to Guelph Line Canadian Tire. Denis has become a trusted friend. Inside the store, the staff are equally friendly and helpful. I had trouble with a lawn trimmer that I purchased at a different Canadian Tire and the staff at Guelph line again went above and beyond, by helping me with what I needed. Not every CT store shows as much care for its customers. This store is different. I live in Hamilton and its my preference to take my car to this Burlington store. My experience at this store has always been excellent. I highly recommend this garage and store to everyone.
