Horrible experience and customer service was supposed to reach out and so far nothing! I can honestly see why people avoid Golftown! Especially Golftown Burlington!

Great store Professional personnel

Went into the store at Dundas and Appleby rd. in Burlington On., to see if they could remove the cleats on my golf shoes. This should have been long ago but as usual i had procrastinated much too long, and the cleats were worn right down.The employees Jim, Terry, and last but not least, Erin all went the extra mile for me and after much struggle got the cleats off for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this franchise to all my friends and fellow golfers.
