Mr. Lube + Tires

Replaced car battery January, 2021. Car wouldn't start this past weekend. Waited 2 hours for CAA for a jump. Called Mr. Lube 3 times, but no answer, so had to take to Canadian Tire for replacement. Followed up with Mr. Lube today and was told warranty is through Interstate and they would have to replace it. Not much point in returning for other work.

Have been to this location many times and have always been happy with the service provided. However, keep in mind their specialty is changing oil, etc. NOT changing wipers! They had a special on for free wipers with oil change. I now have a cracked windshield as neither of the gentleman appeared to know what they were doing and were pushing too hard on the glass. The Manager stated we had a chip which caused the crack. No compensation.. will never go back to this location.

For the past 6years I brought all my vehicles to Mr.Lube #154. I continued going even as the ownership and or management had changed. Today was the last day I go to any Mr.Lube. Upon arrival, nobody came to greet me as they had done every other time. While I had been waiting 20mins another vehicle arrived and was let in before I was. I had waited a total of 40mins. I spoke with a manager who seemed annoyed to be confronted about my experience at MLC154 and I decided to leave.

Under new ownership, very polite and exceptional service. Much more attention to detail than before. Mohit great attitude and super helpful. Regards Dom. M

I have been going to this store for a number of years and am pleased with how they look after my vehicles. Very courteous and professional. On occasion have had a small problem they fix pro bono- much appreciated.
