Sold me a fake Samsung S20 ultra. Camera is much better on my old Samsung S8 and speakers are horrible too. Remember this is a repair shop they can easily switch parts and make it look like an S20 ultra. Do your self a favor and buy from Facebook market or Kijiji if you're looking for a deal. They will sell phones a little cheaper than everywhere else but what you get is cheap parts inside the phone. I paid $375 for Samsung S20 ultra but what I got is basically an S7 in an s20 body.

Avoid this business at any costs

I dropped my cellphone and eventually the screen got damaged. I was able to see the phone on my computer tough, it would've charged if connected to a charger and all buttons (but the screen) were functional. I've been told that they will call me in two days to tell me if something else (besides the screen) is defective. To make the story short, after almost TWO WEEKS, I've got my phone back completely dead and they wouldn't take any responsibility for the data which I cannot get from it anymore.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICES HERE! After dealing with this store I'm out $300, and my phone is still broken. If you value your time and money please go elsewhere! - The employees are completely unprofessional, and it will cost you a fortune. - I continuously had to come back to the store as they repeatedly kept pushing back the date that my phone would be repaired by. - In the end I had to purchase a new phone because it was more damaged then to start with.
