In under 10 minutes he diagnosed, repaired and cleaned a vacuum that he was admittedly "not very familiar with". My only concern was John's knees and back; having to bend down to that low shelf to obtain the proper filters for my machine.
I would rate the service and facility 6/5 if it were possible.
My son sucked up a paper towel with our central vac and it got stuck somewhere in the hose or walls. I called Van Connection and the service rep walked me through a procedure on the phone. It fixed the problem and the vac was back working within 5 minutes. Thank you for great customer service.

We will always try to save the customer money for simple things we can assist with over the phone. In this case we were able to assist the customer in clearing out the clog they experienced.

The brush on my electric powerhead didn't turn when put on carpet. John took a look, replaced the belt and I was out of there in 5minutes. Very fast and friendly service. Highly recommended and saved lots of money compared to going to Sears. I will be going back there for my next service.
