i got these wings because a friend of mine recommend them to me. it was the best decision i ever made! they were big wings and ever wing was coated in sauce (not like other places that have "bald" spots). i've never had a more juicy wings. the person at the front was extremely pleasant to deal with, even letting me do a variety of sauces for my wings. everyone needs to try these guys at least once. can't wait to order again

You can order them for delivery too. I ordered last week for pick-up and I am getting hungry just thinking about WingsUp! I think I'm going to order tonight. I always get wings, wedges or poutine and a Caesar Salad, sometimes a Smiley Sandwich.
The wings are GREAT! And a good size with an awesome sauce selection. A little pricey. But for getting wings ordered to the house as seldom as I do, this is the only place I get from. Well worth the price.
Simply Atrocious service if that is what you want to call it. First we were told we couldn't get three different sauces for our 3lbs of wings eventhough we had before. Next it took him 4 times to get the address over the phone and then when the food arrived, we got the wrong wings. We call requesting the correct order and he says he "EXPECTS" the other wings given back to the driver!?! What are you going to do...serve them to other people? He then calls back 5 minutes later asking what we ordered again. Nothing but pure attitude on the phone.
There are way better wing establishments in Burlington and Wing's Up will never see another penny from me!
We used to order wings up for years - however in the past few years, the prices have been increasing (which is understandable with the economy) and the product has not kept up to par. For the money you spend on the wings there, they should be large, roaster wings, not small fryer ones covered in sauce!
Breading is great, sauce is good, often food will come cold. Garlic bread should be enough to cover 5 people...
I dont think we'll be using them anymore unfortunately until something changes....
delivery took 1.5 hours on a wednesday night, food was cold. Called in, food came another hour later. Cold again. $25 for cold food. Not worth calling again

We used to really like this place the wings were a good size and the food would come fast. Now the wings are tiny, the fries were cold. It took almost an hour for the food to come and this was a week night. I would not order from these guys again.
the secret sauce for the wings . Diana Sauce .Chicken and rib . not such a secret anymore. Make your own wings at home . they'll taste just the same . and Louis fries .just fries covered in franks . And the Milton location was much better before the franchise took it back over. The staff is just as rude as the staff at this location now. Looks like the franchise doesn't really care about its customers. Or the staff that actually made the place worthwhile.

If you're like me wings are your weakness. So I've tasted many a chicken wing.
There are much better suppers you can get for 50$ than a pizza box full of wings, and small sides of fries, onion rings, and vegetables. If you're craving wings, though, these will certainly satisfy your craving.
Don't order their extra-saucy wings.. I can only imagine it must be like chicken wings soup! They also put something in their sauce to make the wings crunchier but I didn't know what it was.
Fries and onion rings are saltier than most, and the blue cheese dressing is cheesier than most.
All in all, they're decent wings (nothing special) with an original sauce (lots of it). When you can get $0.25 - $0.50 wings of equal quality almost anywhere on a given day, why would you go out of your way to pay this much for wings?
My friend and I went in to order wings and the A/C was broken it was hotter than ever in there. Nobody was there for the longest time finally someone came to the counter and took our order. With a little bit of attitude from them We ordered then went to the convience store to cool down and waited till our food was ready.
Best wings ever! I use to work in Milton and first discovered them there, Excellent Wings, Worth the wait and the money. I would rather wait 15 minutes to get properly cooked wings, then have my food rushed out and chance raw wings. Girls on desk are friendly and still let me use my coupon even if I forget to bring it!!
Wings Up is one of our favourite places to get wings because the wings there are the bomb! We always order lots so we can snack on them the next day. The wings are big and not like those tiny you get at some restaurants. And they're so delicious! Very reasonable pricing for what you get.
Wing Up was the first thing we ate today... we had to kick off 2008 with a bang! :o)

Awesome, Awesome Wing's. Ya they are a bit high priced, but they are worth it. The place does need a reno (Both Locations in Burlington) and maybe some staff that where a bit more polite and some kind of uniform or shirt. But I will keep going, just for the food. Good job!

Honestly, you need to get people to run your place that care. Your product is okay but the service was terrible. The place is dirty too. There are too many other places to go for good wings. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
It could have been great but the service was brutal! Here's an idea....get off the phone and serve customers....then, when you serve them get the order RIGHT! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE
