I had to take my very old sick kitty here, and they were very kind, and informative in making sure I made the right decision for my little fur baby. I very much appreciate the patience, mindfulness, and kindness. Especially during a pandemic. Thank you.

Always provide excellent care for our dog

Thank you so much to the well trained Staff and Vets at EVC for quickly springing into action when I brought my puppy in with a severely low heart rate and head tremors. They swiftly put her on IV fluids and she slowly started to regain her mobility and made a full recovery. We are very thankful to the Vets and Techs for taking such good care of our little puppy. I highly recommend EVC and I appreciate that they were open and able to help as we could not wait for our Vet's regular office hours.

Be prepared to pay at least 2 times what you would at your own vet. You wait for ever just to pay a lot. They keep trying to add more and more and more!

They really need to come up with payment plans. For those with sick dear family pets need the chance to save them with out having the option of forcing to to put them down if they do not large amounts of cash at hand. This is verry sad, no one should have to say there goodbyes if they have a fighting chance.

This only got one star because I literally had to choose a rating to make my post, however I would NOT give this clinic any stars. Whoever is answering the phone at this clinic should find a new position in a NON helping profession. Twice I have had to call this vet and have been spoken to extremely rudely. When people call an emergency vet they are usually in distress and worried, and this woman is just plain mean. I am appalled at the lack of respect I received when I called this clinic and this is not the first time I have had to deal with this woman or someone equally as RUDE. Perhaps a career where u do not have to interact with other human beings, or a job that does not require any compassion or a caring heart at all would be more up your alley. Absolutely awful.
