Pet Valu

For 2 years, Ive looked for a dry food that my insanely picky Chihuahua would eat.. without success. Yesterday was my first time trying Pet Valu and the level of service I received was amazing. I was served by the manager who took so much time explaining the properties of different brands ...she was so knowledgeable and helpful that it was no surprise that when I arrived home with her recommendation, my dog ate a few dozen pieces immediately

I was an occasional Pet Valu customer UNTIL I met Cathy at the 24 and Dunbar store. I’ve been in 3 times with my 3mo Aussie, and her advice, guidance, and clear love for animals means I will be back over and over! Indie is my service dog, and breed lifespan is 15 years. I think we’ll all be fab friends long before then! My world is full of critical people. Cathy, your smile and words of wisdom and love give me hope. Thank you isn’t enough! Will repeat business do?
