Worst Customer Service Ever!

This has, by far, the rudest mechanic ever. Lindsay, who has apparently been in the business for "years", fixed the wrong part on my car, and then told me it was my fault, because I told him the noise my car was making was a "rattle" rather than a "vibration'. He expected me to pay for another repair after the front desk told me it would be taken care of, and when I told him this, he tore a strip out of me over the phone, and told me to NEVER bring my car for repairs ever again, despite the fact that the garage sold me my Cobalt. When I went to pick up my car, he was hiding in the garage and gave me no apology, even after I called the owner of the company. The woman running the front desk proceeded to rationalize his behaviour. This is obviously not the first time this has happened since no one seemed surprised, or attempted to fix the situation. Instead, I am somehow no longer welcome at a business that I have paid money to. This place is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves, avoid at all cost unless you want poor service, poor repairs, over priced repairs, and major attitude from the mechanic.
