To Our Valued Customers COVID- 19 A travel advisory from the Government of Canada has been placed on those who have travelled abroad. Due to our staff recently returning from Cuba (March 14th), we are now in self isolation. We are temporarily closing the store for the next 2 weeks. This closure may be extended if required. If you have any questions about past or future purchases or need a cost on a future purchase, you can email us at hearthstone@rogers.com. Emails will be addressed daily. You can also call the store at 905-772-0779 and leave a message. Messages will be picked up periodically. We hope to re-open on March 31st. Thank you very much for your understanding.     Terrible follow customer service. Took all of 10 minutes for payment on our credit card. Been waiting months the have pilot light issues fixed. Not even a year old

    Enjoying our Jutol Gas Fireplace Insert - Feb 2009

    I wanted to share with you, the exceptional service, that my wife (charlaine and I ) received when the two professional installers from your business, Hearthstone House of FIre came, last November to remove our wood burning insert and install our new Jotul gas fireplace insert. The men both professional's in their own right, were very careful, when removing the wood burning insert and installing the new Jotul gas fireplace insert, not to scratch out beautiful hardwood flooring in the formal living room. We now do notice a huge difference, in the warmth of, not only th =e living room, but also the adjoining kitchen and dining are, and the kitchen floor is nice and warm to walk on. We seriously recommend HEARTHSTONE HOUSE OF FIRE to all our family, friends, and neighbours. A BIG THANK YOU SCOTT!!! TOU YOU AND YOUR TEAM OF PROFESSIOPNALS.......MONEY WELL SPENT!!!!
