    Awesome People Great Integrity

    Went in to have live well pump replaced and received a quote of approximately $120 to do job. Received a phone call next day saying only the fuse block for motor gone, pump was ok. They could have charged me and I would never have known. Very pleased with their honesty and integrity. Great job by Jason and Dawn. They have certainly earned my future business and anyone I can send their way. Awesome job folks

    Great Rental, Great Service

    We rented the ski boat that they have there for rent for three days. The guys there got us set up quickly when we came to pick the boat up, and we were out of there in 20 minutes. The ski boat worked really great and me and the family had a great time. No problems with the boat at all. Good price for three days. Great service! Will for sure rent again next year.

    Worst MARINA on the Trent,

    Drop boat off for seals to be changed over on a OMC Lower unit. everything was fine, I go to pick my boat up and nothing was done, seals where not installed like I was told by a phone call, the bearing housing was out. I was unaware that seals where not installed until a loud mouth, short and quite flamboyant owner or manager named Stewart came out , and giving me heck and saying * How should I know im not a mechanic, and that I picked a bad time to come and that I cant expect them to help me as there are there regular customers*. After speaking with Kale who lied about having work done over the phone, and brushed me off the phone when being caught in a lie. I was billed $56, I asked Why if nothing was done and they said for the taking the bearing housing out, and I asked to have it put back the way I brought it in and was told NO. Stewart was yelling at me saying that they are not doing any work on my boat, If I wanted they would lend me the extended socket to do it myself. I asked them that I need the bolts and I was told NO. So I asked them how am I supposed to put this back together and Stewart said * thats your problem, not mine*. At this point I said so I bring my boat in and you will not re assemble it the way I had it. They had a Mechanic named Justin who refused to put it back in, I asked him and he said you can do it. Stewart who looked like he did not know anything about boats but yet is running a marina was continuing his rant saying that his mechanic told me no and that hes not dealing with this problem and then tells me to get off the property. So then a man in his 50s who cleans boats starts running his mouth, and im wondering what did I do to deserve this, humiliating me in front of other customers by making rude comments about me and talking about me in a rude and insulting manner as if I wasnt there ( only 4 feet away), Watch Video to see

    This boat came in leaking gear oil, we removed the bearing carrier to find the customer had taken a drill and tried drilling out the seal, which wrecked the bearing carrier. The customer then asked for us to jb weld the seal surface he had wrecked. I told him in no way would I put my name on a repair like that. Justin (customer) would not pay to order the correct bearing carrier to fix the problem. So we left the bearing carrier out, and he said he was going to jb weld it himself which I would not recommend. Then Justin showed up callingstaff names and being very rude to all staff, slur. This customer was very difficult to deal with. When the staff at Thompson's Marina does a job it is done properly. If I were to replace the other seals then no matter what my name is on it if it leaks. The customer was informed of all this. We had to ask the customer to leave the property as he was extremely disrepectful.
