Cobourg's Limestone Steakhouse & Bar is the only Gold Certified Angus beef steakhouse in the Cobourg area and is the dream of Rico Razaiy. The name is a tip of the hat to Rico's grandfather, a limestone worker with whom Rico worked years ago. The executive chef is Michael Pigeon, who represented Canada and won bronze and silver medals at the World Culinary Cup. Mr. Pigeon will also be heading to the Culinary Olympics in Germany in October 2012.
