We heard from ARS very quickly when they were contacted by the manufacturer to repair our dryer. They also booked an appointment to send a technician very quickly.

They arrived right on time to check and subsequently replace the compressor in our refrigerator. Had all the parts with him so there no further delays. Worked was done quickly and the technician (Alex) cleaned the work area as well. The Technician also repaired a small and annoying leak in the water supply to the refrigerator and secured the line. This was not part of the repair but was really appreciated.
I'm very disappointed in the service. My frig stopped working and it was over 3 weeks before the repair was scheduled after many phone calls. ...not a happy customer.
Terrible customer service. Changed the time/date of the visit with little notice. Double charged my credit card and would not refund. Would not give me the name of someone in the accounting department or the name of the owner to speak with. Rep said it was a private company and their names were private.
