    Paolo is the worst person you can ever meet. His attitude and temper makes him sound like he's an ungrateful six year old. If you think his attitude is bad he will NOT help you with anything, instructions are NEVER clear, I swear I have met some real assholes in my time, but this guy make the top of the list. DO NOT contact, associate, or conduct business with this guy what so ever. As a matter of fact, don't even ask this guy to hang out, total slacker, and worse excuse for a human being

    Worst company to deal with

    UNRELIABLE, is an understatement. Worst service ever received, He had asked for a 50% deposit through our credit card & ended up taking the full amount & disappeared for at least 5 - 6 weeks. even though he had promised to have the order ready for pick up within 2 weeks. we had tried to contact Paolo on several occasions to get an update & to discuss our order. I would not recommend using this guy no matter how tempting his pricing is because the quality of his workmanship is also terrible.

    WILL NOT COME THROUGH

    UNRELIABLE. We had a major event that we had planned and Paolo was supposed to make recognition items for us. We were promised, reassured and convinced that they would be ready. 3 days before, no answer to calls or texts so we drop in. Told they would be ready the next day. No answer the next day. Avoided all calls and texts for the next several days... completely left us high and dry and ruined our event. NO INTEGRETY WHATSOEVER.... avoid him and his BS Mickey Mouse company at all costs. Found

    If there was the option for zero stars I would choose it. This has been by far the most unprofessional and pathetic service I have ever received. Paolo ignored my calls for weeks, and did not contact me directly when he decided that "my order was not important enough to him" to fulfill. I am so disappointed in this service since it costed me weeks in time lost when I could have gone elsewhere to have my order fulfilled. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.
