We looked around for a while for some tiles for our new house, but we couldn't really find what we were looking for. Our contractor told us to try Rivalda, so we did. The showroom was pretty big compared to most other stores we looked at. I don't remember her name, but the lady who helped us look around was very patient and helped us decide between a few different options. Our contractor finally installed them last week and they look great! We are very happy with our experience.

He paired us with your sales representative, Patricia, and we worked all spring and into summer on tiles for four bathrooms, the front foyer and the basement floor. I must tell you that Patricia was one of the best sales reps we met in our entire journey through house building adventure. She always made time for me when I came in to the store. She listened to my concerned and tired her best to solve problems. She was creative, patient and resourceful. She knows the products she sells and seems to have a good rapport with her colleagues. She is professional and natural. She is a great asset to your company and deserves consideration for higher level work. (At least a Christmas bonus!) For selections and prices, they are totally among the bests out there. but for customer service, it totally off-sets their large selections and low price,I will definitely not let the cheap price override and trade off my deserved-respect as a customer. We like how they have lots of selections so we went back again this time for our ensuite bathroom renovation. On Saturday, with over 100 customers in the store they only have 3 floor staff and 4 at the front desk. Staff were rushing, talked with bad attitude, never smile and worst is that they didn't even know about their products. when you wanted to ask a question, you were being treated like you were bothering them.
