I have always had a positive experience at the Newmarket store. Especially considering that the floor staff is very busy. Cashiers always efficient and professional. Well stocked, neat, tidy. Online orders also very positive.

Takes 5 days for a curb side pick up and when one calls, they cut you off and literally tell you to deal. Ask how to get refund, due to needing the stuff earlier and no point waiting 7 days, told to wait until confirmation anyway and go in store and return it.

I recently with Covid restrictions in place visited the Newmarket store and had a friendly greeting from the staff and directed to location of purchase and had a friendly cashier checkout. It was a great experience.

Great place to get stuff

Saw three one star reviews and figured I’d chime in. I’ve been coming to this location since it’s grand opening (Leslie St, Newmarket) the closest location prior was Whitby,ON. Staff, stock and enjoyment have always been great. I’d typically check online for the products availability before driving in to ensure I was getting what I needed. Returns have been hassle free and friendly. I stop into any location as a see them, always a fresh take. Cheers

Customer service was rude. Cashiers were rude, and not helpful, everyone kept making excuses and playing the blame game as well as its not our fault Game

Had a disagreement on the price of an item, price was different on shelf than the tag, usually it’s a price adjustment and be on your way, but both cashiers and what I assume was the floor manager or someone higher up we’re quite rude one cashier saying I shouldn’t be shopping if I can’t read tags to see if it’s the right item and the other cashier just being blatantly rude, shocked at the unprofesionalism and customer service here.

Guy answering the phone was very unhelpful and rude. I was inquiring about a roof rack and he was very rude and unhelpful - he proceeded to ask me questions based on incorrect knowledge, when I was confused by the questions he asked. He then then asked if there was an adult I could bring to the store (I'm 22 and run my own business ) he was also cursing on the phone when he couldn't find the part right away. Shocked by the unprovessionalism.
