A Great Carpet Cleaning Company!

These guys are great! They were able to remove the stains in my carpet that other carpet cleaning companies couldn't. Right from the initial call I could tell that they knew what they were talking about and that I was in good hands - I highly recommend Chem-Dry!

Excellent company and service!

I was referred by a friend who is a loyal ChemDry customer in the US. I was thrilled to find a location in Kitchener. My experience proved to be everything she said it would be from the first contact to now. The technicians were friendly, efficient and professional in every way! Now I will be paying it forward by recommending them to all my friends and neighbours! Excellent company and service!

Bad Company

I requested an appointment online and got a call Monday to schedule one. Their earliest appointment time was Friday afternoon, which I took. I got a call Friday morning to reschedule since their ONE technician was injured on the day before. They couldn't do the job Saturday because "we don't work Saturdays", leaving me to scramble to find someone to clean my couches THAT DAY because I had company coming on Saturday, an impossible feat. I will never trust this company to have MY best interest at heart!
