I have been visiting this restaurant for years; meeting with friends for dinner. The restaurant is very clean, well organized, food is freshly prepared and there is a lot of choice .. The best impr. the service is unbelievable. The best impression leaves the service, last night staff was amazing and the waitress (whose name I don’t know) is one of the main reasons I and my friends visit.

Went there last night the place was empty. I was looking forward to a great prime rib dinner like in the past. I have not been there in about two years and was so disappointed.
I ordered 10 0z prime rib medium it came to me well done and the waitress told me there are different lights in the kitchen where it looked pink. After three complaints she never assisted with the problem. I asked for more gravy as it was so dry and she came and poured it all over my food without even asking.

I usually visit here with my elderly neighbour at least on a monthly basis, sometimes two or three times a month as it is very familiar to her, but after our last visit we have decided not to go there again. My friend ordered the French Onion soup and it was the weirdest French Onion soup both her or I have tried, it tasted like a mixed herb soup with lots of soggy bread in it! Anyway, we requested it be exchanged for the Lobster Bisque, which was okay, but nothing great.
Anyway, what we didn't agree with was that they charged her for the Lobster soup which was more expensive (given that her and I usually share a meal which includes a soup and in addition we order a house salad), and the reality is, in my opinion, a good establishment would give the soup free of charge to retain the loyal customer. My friend is 85 and has been a loyal customer at this restaurant all her life, but we both agreed that out of principle we will go to other restaurants.
My reuben sandwich (made with roast beef) was very tasty though and a nice alternative to the usual!
