Since 1959, Il Paesano has been serving great Italian cuisine and pizza to Etobicoke and East Mississauga. Il Paesano Pizza is a family owned and operated business. We still use our original recipes and the freshest ingredients. Our sauces and dough are made fresh daily on our premises. This results in a mouth watering meal. Our pizza has been voted one of Etobicoke's best repeatedly, our menu is Italian cuisine and includes a variety of pasta, meat dishes, sandwiches, wings, soups, and of course our famous pizza. You may enjoy a relaxing dinner or a quick lunch in our restaurant or simply have it delivered to your door. Whether at home or work, we are open for lunch and dinner.More...
My girlfriend lives near this place. I live in maple their pizza was very good i can't find a place like this in maple. Wish they would open a place up where i live. That's alright it's worth the drive.
Il Paesano is simply Il Horiblio! I have never had such bad Italian food in my life. How can you screw up pizza, pasta, chicken etc??? They sure know how to make horrible good.
The sauce for the chicken, pizza, and veal, was absolutely tasteless, and have had better microwave food than this!
Our food took almost 1hour 25 minutes, to arrive - And we live less than a 7 minute drive from the location.
Food arrives cold, bland, and totally tasteless. Cardboard, must taste better, than their pizza's! Lack of toppings.
Will never, ever eat here again!
We tried again 2 weeks ago , went for a Pizza and bruchetta .
After going almost 40 years , I think it is time to drop them.
Ingredients have all been cheaped out. The Ma and Pa shop with the best Pizza in town is gone . Food was not Italian anymore .
Can do better on a camping trip with a bottle of ketchup and white bread . I am truly dismayed and beside myself. Very disappointed.
If they can go back to the quality of food they used to have someone e-mail me ! I miss that .

Agreed with Marko went last year in 2008 food was aweful. IThey couldn't cook if my life depended on it, it seems they prepared there own spaghetti with one of those cheap jar pasta sauces you find at your local grocery store.
The fish was all canned and not fresh
I was looking for a nice Italian food takeout place in my area. Came across Ill Paesano online and decided to check it out, order some food.
I ordered spaghetti with mushrooms and tomato sauce and the food was simply terrible, microwave food you buy at a local grocery store tastes 10 time better. Pasta was overcooked, mushrooms were nothing special and sauce was watery and without much of a flavor.
I couldn't cook if my life depended on it, but if I opted to prepare my own spaghetti with one of those cheap jar pasta sauces you find at your local grocery store, the food would be much better than what I got from I'll Paesano.
If you are looking for a good Italian food, stay away from this place.
I give this restaurant a 9, second only to my mother's italian kitchen! All of my adult life i have been looking for a restaurant that was even the slightest match to my mother's home cooking and i was extremely pleased to have finally found it!
This place has a very quiet and intimate atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. Mostly I get take out cuz I live just around the corner but they're awesome.
Great pizza & amazing panzarotto!
One of the first places my husband took me to when we started dating 14 years ago. The food is delicious, especially their pasta, salad and garlic bread. Ambiance is nice, servers are friendly. Will try to go there for our 10th anniversary on October 5th, 2006. Many memories from that little golden nugget in Etobicoke.
