overcharged. issue not fixed. bad communication. wants to charge even more to fix what he didn't fix the first time. cost me more than a new appliance would have
The experience was excellent. I called about my fridge first thing in the am. It was up and running like new within a couple hrs. The price was right and the service was stellar. Thank you for your time.

Call this gentleman, he knows what he’s doing! He identified our problem, fixed it fast and didn’t overcharge. This is the second time we’ve used him and will call him again if needed! When you find someone like this, you keep his number and call him again!!

After 6 other repairmen told me to just get a new washing machine because there were no parts for my existing one anymore, Uly came over and fixed it in less than 10 minutes.
Now it runs like new and he only charged me $90 in total.
This was after another repairman charged me $80 (plus some suspicious Visa transaction fee) just for the house call to tell me it could not be fixed. Seriously???

I called First Class Appliance Service when my oven was not pre-heating properly. He came promptly and quickly figured out the problem. He had a replacement part with him and was able to repair my oven on the spot. Great service, very professional. I will call him again whenever I have problems with appliances.
