Shoppers Drug Mart

Many product/shelves did not have prices on...and the price checkers did not work, so we had to wait until we got to the cashiers to check the price. A big waste of time and frustration.

I spent a night in Fort Erie a week ago. I woke up in the morning with an abscessed tooth; my dentist from Sarnia called in a prescription. The Shoppers pharmacy filled it within the hour so that I was able to continue on my trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Only reason it gets a 3 is for the great service at postal and cosmetic counters the pharmacy end is not my cup of tea to put it nicely! They take way to long and not friendly at all!!!!

i was at my doctors 10 am and at 10:30 she faxed over a prescription from her computer.at 2:30 the prescription still was not filled. the pharmacist was less than compassionate and stated"its not instant you know" does this guy think i was born yesterday? what terrible customer service what a jerk can you believe the answer the fax is delayed.i will be moving all my prescription along with my husbands

I recieved an unneeded item as a gift and attempted to return it to the fort erie shoppers drug mart location. After being told they would not return or exchange the item, I called head office. Eventually they let me know the manager would call me regarding this issue but it was been a week and a half already with no contact. So disappointed with the customer service here. I will take my business somewhere that appreciates their customers in the future.
