Red Top Taxi Delivery Service Dispatch office

It is unfortunate that I have to write this review, The cars are clean and the drivers friendly but the dispatch apparently doesn't care about the customers. I was left waiting out in the snow for an hour this week, no call saying the cab is running late. I had to call them and their answer kept being it's on the way. Today after work, another 30+ minutes. I gave up and walked home. Thanks Redtop, I wanted to do more walking. I will share this with everyone I know.

who ever answers the phone is probably one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to. We have been waiting an hour and still have not got a car called and she yelled at us saying they came and left… if she’s that annoyed with us why don’t they call when they’re here.

Fantastic service from my driver on this snowy day, with my broken foot! Thank you Karen, you went over and above, and I appreciated it.

This company has it all, great app to compete with other ride providers, quick service by computer dispatch, cameras for everyone's safety, newer vehicles, and they have vehicles that can accommodate 8 of us customers !!

Wow didn't know that taxis can be so advanced. Love the getting text message back right after when order with cab number,again callback when cab is arrived and app service.

Excellent customer service and clean cars. That's all I can say. Booked a trip through their app last week and it worked like a charm. I was pretty amazed when the driver told me that I can pay for my fare through my meal plan. Thank you for letting us students use our meal cards to pay for the trip. Highly recommend my friends.
