Very poor communication from sales rep, management. Not coming here again.

Have bought lots here at this Brick location and had the pleasure of having Travis look after us He is so amicable and works for you the customer Highly recommend this location and hope you’re lucky enough to get Travis to help you

I just ordered some furniture over the phone and the process was smooth and the manager was very helpful. I would tell everyone to go to The Brick Guelph the staff are very knowledgeable and the Store Manager was very pleasant.

Ghalib was very helpful and knowledgeable. we didnt have a hard time looking and finding the mattress that we need. highly recommended.

Poor customer service, poor management and lousy salespersons

Just wanted to send a huge thank you to Seymour from the Brick in Guelph He and his team have been the most cooperative & amazing customer service rep that I have ever dealt with. Took time out of his own schedule to deliver our mattress that was a a few days on back order Unbelievably understanding & accomodating to settle the situation. And Travis- sales rep was amazing, very professional & willing to do what was necessary to ensure our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended. Cheers! 😊
