Excellent service this morning by Brian. Punctual and informative during his service time; he actually fixed the problem which a Bosch service person neglected when the dishwasher was installed. Missing materials were installed , our machine was leveled properly and we even learned a few new facts about our machine. Great and informative experience.
I did business with Amann 15yr.fixing our fridges, when i asked fridge to be serviced at our business place, the repair man looked at fridge, and he said that is first time he ever seen this type of fridge and he does not know if he can fix it. so i asked him, how long you have been as repair man, he said around 45 years. Apparently, he is most expert technion at this company. Then he took fridge apart, and he could not change part, because they ordered wrong part. Be carful using this company
RUDEST PEOPLE EVER!!! They don’t repair a 40” inch stove? Couldn’t service a built in microwave either. What the?! Both are kenmore for gods sake. The backplate is identical to a regular 36” the only difference is a small side oven. Don’t waste your time, many other excellent repair people in Hamilton that are more deserving of business.
Horrible, horrible customer service! Booked an appointment due to a recall with my dishwasher and had to take a day off because they could not accommodate my schedule. I called several times prior to the appointment to confirm we were on schedule and was told each time that we were good for the afternoon of Nov 16, 2017. I'm ok with taking a day off for this appointment but I'm not ok with waiting around all day and the service person does not even show up! I called them that evening to find
Came the next day knew what the problem was right away and had it fixed in no time. Brian was very professional and friendly a pleasure doing business with him. Would definitely recommend them.
We needed our dishwasher fixed; they were easy to get a hold of and came in a timely manner. Also the gentleman who arrived was very friendly and helpful, Brian, he fixed our appliance quickly and was happy to help share recommendations of care for this appliance and others. Using Amann's family tradition, had a fella on the phone talk me through taking my dryer apart suggested the problem , got my replacement part... installed it ....after they explained how to do it... they saved me money ...could have been told it was unrepairable ....my husband was ready to buy a new one...My oven stopped working I'm getting my part Saturday and installing it myself ..61 year old female .. I find this place very helpful ...new location more convenient... These people are great
