Was promised an order I payed for in FULL would be in in 2-3 business days, it's now Christmas and I don't have a gift for my son it's been over 7 business days, they have a bad attitude and I hope everyone sees this so no one shops at this store again!

We're really sorry you had this experience, and that we didn't find out about it for so long. During the holidays of this year we were training some new staff members, and not everyone was as educated about how long orders can take to arrive during the Christmas season.
