After calling all over the city for help I found C & DC Orthopaedic Services. There were so much help. They had a specialized crutch, because I have a wrist and knee injury, which was adjusted for me. Then they were able to find a part for my wheelchair. On top of that they made adjustment the the chair for safety. Thank you Lawrence!

I have just showed up with no appointment for batteries for my scooter. They took care of me right away. Didn't have to wait long and the price wasn't extremely expensive. I would like to thank the staff for taking such good care of me on a few occasions!

    Zero stars if I could

Ordered a wheelchair from them seven months ago. They ordered my chair from the wrong line of products and still haven't figured it out. It's been back and forth as they order wrong parts and ignore me when I tell them it doesn't work for me. It's clear that communication is poor as when I finally tried to deal with it by talking to a manager he indicated this was the first he was hearing about a problem. I had been telling the staff working on the chair that it didn't suit my needs since I had first seen it. Working on going somewhere else, and hoping it goes through as I am disheartened by the back and forth. I am going to need this chair for years to come and would have appreciated more knowledge/understanding of wheelchairs in general. Those in wheelchairs will also find it difficult to get in/out of the premises as there is no electric door -overall I find this business is very "dated" and wish I would have given this choice of venue more thought.
