Horrible nobody know anything about the computer components there. I want a specific custom build and nobody seems to understand what parts are needed to get the job done. I am not interested in cheapest parts to make a build. I need to run a business
Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Regularly shopped at Dundurn Plaza location. Could not find this damn location even after driving through the plaza @ Rymal and Upper James. Taking Canada Computers of my goto list for computer stuff.
I have noticed that the service in Hamilton has become super efficient since they have consolidated their stores. They are super efficient in returning calls, making appointmnts , etc, witc is apppreciated. I have neverhad a problem with their service, and they are my businesses go-to place for service, as systems are returned from repair rather quickly.
I have never made a review before but the service I received is beyond excusable. I understand I made a purchase during the holidays but I have received ZERO information regarding my purchase and have been waiting over 7 business days with no response. I called their customer service line during their operating hours and STILL no response. I would at least like an estimate of when my package will sent. I am extremely disappointed in Canada Computers I will not purchase anything from them again.
