Purchased many products from FD in Hamilton, mostly refurbished electronics. Good products at a great price.

Have purchased many warranties and never had to use them often. When i did if the item was not available they would give me store credit. Item not available, tried to get store credit to use towards a higher priced model and denied. Told the item had to be sent in for repairs (not what was explained to me when purchasing the warranty)...which meant going an unknown amount of time without the product I purchased.
