Super knowledgeable. The Big guy has provided the best baits of the year, every year, always helps me (I’m unmistakably Jewish). From the Ned rig to the Fin-Tech to the Nasci to the Convergence to Mega Bass, Keitech. Sure they can seem like on off day. When your real fishermen/woman like that, they want to be on the water. Once I ask, they bring me around the store and show me the best (without cash in mind). They just want me to catch Sail/Bass Pro. Try and get good help there ? Support Local

I needed some new electronics for my boat so I decided to stop in and see what they had. They have a great selection and the gentleman who helped me knew exactly what I was looking for and answered all of my questions. I was on the water and couldn't figure out something and I called and the same salesman answered and can't thank him enough for his patience and help. I later found out it was the manager of the store...I wouldn't think twice about buying from these guys again..awesome experience.

I went to this store a few time to get fishing equipment and supplies. For the most part the staff this is courteous and helpful except for one employee. He an older Caucasian man, with a big build. I believe he has something against minorities, every time he has assisted me he has been rude. Throwing my change or stuff on the counter back to as if he doesn't want my business. Other people I has spoke with of non white ethnicity has also stated they have experience this with this employee.beware
