Brought my curtains and they ruined them! They are stained and also soo over processed that the raw silk lost its sheen. He tried 3 times to fix them to finally tell me he would pay for them. I went to the fabric store near by and called him to tell him the price of the raw silk. He screamed at me that he would not pay! It just happened and I just cannot believe how someone like that can be in business. HE EVEN CHARGED ME $80 plus tax
Took a set of drapes to this business and paid $85 to have them cleaned. When they were returned the drapes were 5 inches shorter. Owner refuses to return cleaning fee and hangs up on us when we call. I will never take my cleaning here again.
I am extremely disappointed with their service! They want full payment when they can not even complete the job they are being paid to do. Instead of taking ownership of their mistake and fixing the clothes given, they forced full payment. Absolutely ridiculous and not even worth the one star I have given them. You are better off taking your money and clothes elsewhere!

I had an emergency flight last week. I took my suit on Sunday morning , they cleaned and pressed within an hour, they called me to pick it, and I wasn't late for my trip. They also very friendly, reasonable prices.
They destroyed my wedding dress, it's ripped and and wrinkled with holes from the cleaning process, the flower on the dress is gone. It looks like they threw the wedding dress into the washing machine. First they said they would fix it but it took 2 weeks to tell me it's not their fault and that it came like that and they yelled and threatened me when I asked for my dry cleaning money back and they'll call the police (I wasn't even yelling or screaming at them).
