I've tried 3 times giving Jenny's nails a chance. They rush. This time I went in for a shellac polish on my hands. She filed my nails and did the polish. Then tried to charge me for the shellac PLUS a manicure. Ummm a manicure includes soaking your hands, using hand cream, pressing the cuticles back etc. Glad I was forced to pay $30 for some shellac on my nails, which after a day is already chipping. Now I know why this salon was empty when the others were too full to do my nails.
