    Still haven’t returned any of my calls about a problem with my brand new salamander that hasn’t worked since installed.

    Long standing customers. Slicer which was purchased from Nella in need of repair. Was in the store for 2 months and no one bothered to look at it or make any attempt to repair it. Totally ignored me. I took the machine back. They gave me no suggestions and had a totally I don’t care attitude. Obviously I will not be promoting Nella cutlery.
