RJ's Beer & Liquor Delivery

Wow unbelievable service. Called them after 70 minutes about my order and the woman said I dont need this shit. I do not use profanity. When the driver showed up he was just as bad 2 hours later. I said keep your beer. Never again!!!!!

7:30 order, 2 hrs later, games over, beer shows up. Unacceptable. Being the only debit service in Hamilton, you should own the market. Instead your the worst.

Will use this service again

I ordered some beer from here a few weeks ago. I asked for bottles but the store only had cans. The delivery person actually called me to make sure I was OK with that before purchasing them and showing up with something that wasn't asked for. Very much appreciated. Delivered in good time. Only minor issue was the person I placed my order with didn't advise me of a premium for delivering out into the boonies where I live. It would have seemed more legit if I was advised ahead of time.

Ordered at 3:15pm, it is now 8:49pm and still no beer. The beer store and Lcbo closed at 6 (it's sunday), should've just taken a cab or uber...

The other day I placed an order with an hour and a half before stores closed. So they said "yupp, be there within an hour".. AND NEVER SHOWED UP!! Horrible Service!

Not reliable at all

Took over 2 hours to have my item delivered! I called after an hour and was told the driver would arrive any minute. Not true, it took over an hour longer and no one had the courtesy of being honest with me. Will never use this service again!

Terrible. Drivers have been very rude towards me. I will never order again.

The delivery man was pretty fast, came within about 15-20 minutes. First of all though, the price was more expensive than other places. Then I gave my friend $40 to pay and I only got $5 back in change when the delivery man said the total came to about $32. So he took a little tip for himself without even asking. I'm not against tipping, but I thought it was extremely rude that he sneakily took it. Never ordering from you guys again.
