Bad Service with Cool iPads
We were told to go here because they have iPads. Cool idea because you can see pictures of the food but you barely have a server, and it was impossible to get a drink or any assistance. Our server came over and VERY quickly told us how to order on the iPad. Then he asked if we wanted drinks (and I wanted something mixed and fruity from the bar) so the guys ordered their beers and when I asked what they had he said "everything, what do you want?" He told me to put it in the iPad when I decided. I didn't get a chance to ask for water. We started ordering including my drink in our iPad and another server came over after we completed our order to check our iPad. Every time we ordered something they had to re-send it to the kitchen for some reason. My drink never came. The food was alright but fairly bland and it was really hard to get water or refills on other drinks for the guys because no one came to the table. We ordered some chicken and it was not clear how many pieces or how many people it would feed and we weren't able to ask. I guess they think that the iPads replace service. Definitely not a classy place! It's very cafeteria-like and very loud with very poor service and not great food. Not worth the price. August 8 in Burlington is much much nicer and we will continue to go there from now on.
