We serve homemade Scottish Pub Food, and sport the best fish and chips and steak pie in the city. We also carry a host of refreshing and distinctive beers that are rarely found at other pubs and restaurants.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Tonight (oct29,2016) I was in the plaza where "tartan toorie" is located for grocerys, decided to give it a shot. First off, owner approached us in a frusteraided manner and asked us what we would like. ordered two orders of fish and chips + gravy to go for $26. opened it up to find 18 French frys and two small size peices of fish, fish was bland and dry, and frys were good but at such a tiny amount... NOT WORTH IT! Gave them a call and rudly refused refund

The wings were superb. Jimmy does a fine job of getting the biggest damned wings I have ever seen. Although the sauces are limited to mild, medium and hot they've recently made a change to the hot and it's outstanding.
Don't go at lunch... service is kind of poor as the owner takes his time getting to you.
At night, service is a little better but the waitress can be a bit harsh.
